Tips of evidences for 820 partner visa application

Hi All,

The case officer requested some evidence as below, is there anyone can give me some tips about the evidence for that? Pretty appreciate your help!

The nature of your commitment to each other. This may include:
● the duration of your relationship;
● the length of time you and your spouse have lived together;
● the degree of companionship and emotional support that you draw from each other;
● whether you and your spouse see the relationship as a long-term one.

Other requirements:
provide evidence that you both see the relationship as long term(ie.
evidence of marriage councilling, other long term commitments) (the background is me and my husband married in 2005 and have a 9-year-old daughter,but we divorce in 2014 then we regretted and re-married after 10 months, I don't have any evidence of marriage councilling)

I was confused about this commitment evidence and the financial evidence. For example, is it a evidence for commitment or financial if I show a joint bank account or a joint property?

They have seen you have divorced, but maybe decided to remarry just for the Visa.
(These things do happen, especially for the childs sake).
You need to prove otherwise and satisfy them this is genuine.

You probably need to see a registered migration agent to get help. The case officer has doubts that your relationship is genuine especially since you have been married before.

Question for you: what visa were you on before? If your husband is not Australian born why were you not included in his application? Did you previously apply for a partner visa?

Do you have a will or listed as beneficiary of each others super?

Joint account is financial.

House can be used as financial and commitment.

Yes, that's why I asked here about the tips of the evidences. Then I could provide somethings to satisfy the CO. Certainly our re-marriage is definitely genuine, I just had no idea what evidences could be satisfied them. Thank you JandE
