Partner 820 801 Relationship Details writing style

Hi!

My husband and I are trying to write out our relationship details into the online submission form but we're unsure what terms/pronouns to use.

Should we be referring to ourselves by name (third person), relative subjects (applicant and sponsor) or from my perspective (as the applicant).

How did you guys write yours?

Thanks,
Nicolette
