Form 888 - Essential Change?

Hi everybody. We just got our Forms 888 back from people writing statements for my PR stage documentation - one of the forms submitted have a 10/15 design date, but the rest have 3/14. Do any of the agents or experienced members on here know if the change to the design of the 888 was an essential or a non-essential one? (I'm trying to figure out if I need to make people re-do the older forms... REALLY hoping not as they're all already certified, etc.) I've looked at the forms and they look largely identical to me (I see no discernible differences?), so hoping it was a non-essential change. I checked the Changes to Forms page on the Immi website but of course they have the most recent (Feb) changes listed and I can't find a list of old form changes. Thanks in advance!

The Form 888 I submitted on July 2015 had an additional question that asks "Evidence of Citizenship or Permanent Residence attached? The earlier Form 888 I submitted on May 2013 didn't had that question. I will think that change is non-essential if your declarant had submitted evidence of Citizenship or PR

As for design changes if any, I think that'll not be essential either, probably cosmetic. I didn't notice any design changes though. Probably the later versions of form had different explanatory notes in page 1 of the form.

But the official advice will be to always use the latest form. But I wouldn't give a hoot about it. But that's just me.

Hopefully they don't consider that an essential change! Everyone definitely submitted copies of their passports that had been certified, so we covered that. I would only "give a hoot" if they made me contact my friends who were wonderful enough to take the time out of their lives to do this and made them do it all over again, heh. Hopefully not! And I really wish Immi would be better about making sure their links are current - I got the link to the outdated form from one of their own pages. If they'd had all their links updated to the current forms I wouldn't have had to worry. I should have thought to check that, though, as I know expecting that is a pipe dream, heh. I'm out of practice on this Immi stuff.

None of the agents on here can say yes/no to this being an issue? I imagine it's not, but I'd prefer not to have the worry I have hanging over my head. Thanks!
