form 888 offshore

Hi,

Me and my australian partner are applying offshore, we are based in singapore.

we dont have much friends in australia so can i provide form 888 that are not australian/pr but people from where we lived? (singapore)

We did two 888's, done by Australians, plus another similar statement, but not an 888, by a non Australian.

Just make sure it is witnessed/certified as required by the law of the county applicable.

Form 888 is to be filled by Australian PR / Citizen.

You can use declaration given by someone on the different format. He / she can make this declaration in front of approved person in your country.
