Almost ready to apply offshore partner visa

Hey guys, I'm looking for some feedback in regards to the evidence we have for our partner visa application.

My partner and I have been living together for 19 months. This is what we have... I am Australian, she is Swiss and we have lived in Switzerland for our entire de facto relationship.

Financial Aspects

• Bank Statements Joint and Personal. I have highlighted relevant transactions and left comments explaining each. The statements show sharing of costs of bills, rent, grocery shopping as well as some social activities. I have attached receipts and copies of bills where I can.
(my partner's bank statements are in German, but our joint account and my account is in English with the same bank, so I haven't got my partner's statements translated because if you compare it with mine it make sense anyway)

• Credit Card Statements showing travel payments and online shopping done together.

Nature of the Household

• Correspondence addressed to both Names or only my name, or only my partner's name from the date we moved in together until now.
• The rental contract in my partner's name.
• Statement from rental agency stating when I moved in, however i was never added to the contract.

Social

• Cards with both names included Birthday, Christmas and thank you cards that address both of us as a couple
• Wedding Invitation from a friend of mine to us as a couple
• Statutory Declarations from my family and friends.
• Statements from non-Australians
• Joint Travel boarding passes, hotel reservations, food and drink receipts from a number of trips we have taken together.
• Facebook Posts A PDF file showing "our relationship" on Facebook

Nature of the commitment to each other

• Phone Records showing phone calls to each other’s number on a day-to-day basis for at least the last 6 months.
• Gifts and Cards given to each other throughout the relationship.

I am concerned we don't have enough evidence for Nature of the commitment to each other. any suggestions, we have discussed making wills, my partner isn't too keen on that. She doesn't have me as an emergency contact at work since i would likely not understand her boss on the phone anyway. so any suggestions are welcome.

Documents we have translated:

- My residence permit
- Rental contract
- Our house insurance policy, it shows both names
- Partners Residence Certificate from the local government showing she is a resident of our city, and when she moved into her current address.
- My Residence Certificate from local government showing me as a resident of our city and when I moved into my current address. (same as my partners)

Many of our documents are in German but many are also in English. So i believe the important ones are all in English now.

Cheers for any feedback,

Luke

-adding each other as Superannuation beneficiaries
- a will is something that would add weight to the application, it doesn't need to be lengthy, just a basic one will suffice.
- payment of bills and utilities is extra evidence of living together so if you highlighted in your bank statements that's another form of evidence.
- for travel section you can copy identical stamps on each passport showing exact travel. we did this!

Photos - my wife and I made a 3 page pdf with 8 photos a page showing; important events, travel, photos with family and friends. We labelled each photo with the date, location and all the people in the photo and their relationship to us.
