How to apply for working visa

Hi,

I am currently in India, working as a software engineer (J2EE developer) in an MNC for 4 years. Completed my Bachelors' of Engineering in a reputed university. I am looking out for opportunities to work in Australia. I would like to work as a contract employee in Australia for a year.
Could you please let me know which visa is applicable for me?

Thanks in advance for your help.
