Question Registry wedding help

Hi,

Me (from philippines) and my fiance Aussie are planning to get married on a Registry on january. I have a business visa but only allows me to stay up to 30 days maximum so i fly on jan.1 and stay till jan. 31. Can i sign the Intend of Marriage form here in philippines with just the brides details? Who can notify the form here in the philippines? coz his divorce will be granted on 3rd week of november.
And can i apply for other visa or any visa extension if we get married before my visa expires?

Thanks
