What to do ? I NEED HELP !!!

Hi Readers,

I'm a International student studying in Australia and holding a student visa. I'm looking for ways to get my Korean gf to come and live with me. She had already used her WHV for the past 12 mths and unable to extend due to she did not do agriculture job for 90days. Is there a way that she can come and live with me ? I am planning to be Australian PR but it takes a long time to do it. And I'm wondering if I can apply for Partner Visa or defacto or spouse visa ? And if I can, I will marry her here. Any advice ? Need help urgently. We are so stressed now.

We are over 21years old btw.
