Smile deportation

i was deported from the united states in january of 2012 losing my permanent resident status from that country for committing an aggravated felony under u.s. immigration laws concerning a drug related felony. when can i apply for criminal rehabilitation to immigrate to australia? someone told me that until like december of 2023, is this accurate or not? can someone or anyone please tell me. rsvp. thank you.

There is no such process.

Depending on the seriousness of the drug matter, you might be permanently banned from Australia, or if the matter was minor, you might still pass the character test or be granted a waiver.

This is the 3rd time you've asked about migration to Australia following deportation from the US for a felony. If you want to pursue migration, you should speak with a migration agent who would review your situation. You aren't going to find the answer you want on a forum.

Isn't criminal rehabilitation another word for jail? I don't think you can apply for that in Australia as that is usually reserved for people who are already in the country and not for people applying to enter the country
