Smile Advise with AUS De Facto Visa (First Stage)

Hey guys!

I'm just about to submit my first stage de facto partner visa online. Currently I'm living with my partner in the U.K. so our application is offshore. Just a few little queries I have before I submit it...

1) I read somewhere that regarding the certification of documents if scanned in colour with applications online you don't require official certification of original copies?

2) I wrote my statutory declarations ages ago and with the online application people have also mentioned in the section where you have 2000 characters for each requirement you can in fact just write 'please red stat dec attached. If this is the case this would be so much more easier as many of the sub sections I exceed well above 2000.

3) With regards to the stat dec by witnesses it states attach info on 2 individuals but I have more than that ready to attach. Do I just pick two to state on the online application or all.

I realise they're quite trivial questions but I find the online application to be a little confusing and I would much rather look like fool and get it right then potentially have my application stalled or even worse rejected.

You guys know better than anyone how important this application is and essentially you've got one shot!

Thank you so much for your help! And apologies again for the silly questions!

Kayleigh
