VAC Refund

Hello All,

Is it possible to have VAC charge refund for Rsms if you withdraw the visa application, bec sponsor has downturn?

Please share your experience, thanks

In the circumstances you described the VAC would not be refunded.

Thank you Mr Westly Russel for reply. Is it really hard to get a vac refund even if it wasnt my fault? My 457 employer suck me while processing the PR trt due to durn, they reported cease of employment to immi so I have no choice but withdraw my rsms nomination and visa before its decides and hoping to get a refund for visa vac.

What do you think my chances of getting a vac refund?thank u so much for your kind reply

You won't get a refund under those circumstances. You aren't the first applicant whose nomination was cancelled due to financial situations, loss of job, etc. It's one of the risks associated with an employer sponsored visa.
