Delay in 572 subclass student visa and Birding B

Hi,

After the end of my Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) , I applied for a 572 visa onshore in a new subject area. I am still on bridging A of 572 visa. It has been almost 10 months now. I wanted to go home for 3 weeks so Applied for bridging B. I haven't received this visa yet, my travel date is in 5 days.
Any idea why the delay in 572 visa processing and why they haven't granted bridging B visa as yet.

What is my next step?
