Content of Australian Police Certificate Name Only Search

Hello All,

Especially for those who has a visa issue and has requested and received their Australian Police Certificate. Your assistance would be very much appreciated.

I overstayed my work visa for 6 years in Australia. However, I left Australia on my own on a granted Bridging E visa (I have to show my plane ticket). I left 2011.

Now I need an Australian Police Certificate Name Only Search for visa application with another country. I need to know whether my Visa Overstay will appear on the certificate.

And will train infringements appear as well? I have paid them but I believe I left one infringement unpaid due to the Bridging Visa demand to leave the country.

Will all these appear on my certificate? I only lived at NSW. And I never had any encounter with the police, only train infringement officers but I paid all of the infringements except one.

I will very much appreciate any response. Thank you very much in advanced.

I would think not only because I think it needs to be proved in a Court.
