Withdrawal of Sponsorship by Partner

Dear Sir,
I have received the following e-mail from Immigration Department. My husband has not withdrawn any sponsorship. We are still in genuine and continuing relationship I have visited him twice in Australia after the lodgement of my Partner Application on Visitor Visa. We have ourself applied online for Partner Visa.

Please guide what further I can do. we are very afraid and confused at this moment. Its saturday here and immigration office is also close. Thats why cant even ask them anything till monday.

Please guide us what further we can do related to this issue. They have given us 28 days time to comment on this issue.

Following is the mail which I have received from Them:-

"Dear Ms Mandeep

This letter refers to your application for a class and subclass description lodged at New Delhi on 30/06/2015. You have indicated on your application that you wish to be considered for the grant of a subclass description.

The Departmental records indicate that you are no longer sponsored and therefore at the time of decision you do not satisfy regulation 309.222 of the Migration Regulations which refers back to regulation 309.213.

These regulations are as follows:

309.213
(1) If the applicant is an applicant referred to in subclause 309.211(2), the applicant is sponsored:

309.222
The sponsorship referred to in clause 309.213 has been approved by the Minister and is still in force.

I request you to provide your comments with regards to the above information within 28 days after you are taken to have received this letter. As this letter was sent to you by email, you are taken to have received it at the end of the day it was transmitted.

If you do not reply within the timeframe specified above, your application may be decided with the available information.

Yours sincerely"

I guess you sponsor has withdrawn his sponsorship, so you no longer eligible for partner visa. Have you spoken with your partner, is he honest with you

Has your husband withdrawn the sponsorship and not been honest with you?

If he hasn't withdrawn it he will need to contact the embassy as you cannot do anything about the sponsorship as you are the applicant.
