BC 1 00 Granted, but now relationship problems

Hello Every one


I got BC100 visa on feb 2012, then i was in india, i moved from austalia on Nov 2011, did not visited Australia after nov 2011, now my husband told me that he can banned my entry to Australia means i cannot come across airport without his permission, he will cancel my bc100, and withdraw his sponsorship.
I have a daughter from this relation, he told me that he will take full custody of my daughter and i will not be see my daughter afterward.he kept my passport with him, my question is

1. As i didn't came to Australia on bc100,he can withdraw his sponsorship, and govenment will banned my entry to australia
2. if he withdraw sponsership, will my visa will be cancelled,
3 As i told you i did not visited australia after nov 2011 and timeframe for visa candition is feb 2013, if he withdraw his sponsership before i visit australia i will not come accross airport means my entry will be banned

subclass 100 is a PR visa you don't need anyones sponsorship
even if you are no longer in the origanal relationship

Thanks, But i have not visited Australia on bc100 from last one year. time frame for my visa is feb 2013, if he withdraw his sponsership before my visit to australia then there will be any problem for me to settle in australia

He told me alot about withdraw his sponsership.

Don't worry if u are granted as pr of Australia just enter to Australia as soon as possible and settle down for sake of ur child and ur future if he treats u bring him to court Australia is the country for woman

As i know him, defiantly he will withdraw his sponsership before i will visit to Australia.my question is if he withdraw before my landing to australia, will my visa will be affected or canel, because i am on partner sponsor visa bc100 fully sponser by my husband, will government will banned my entry to australia

He can say that the relationship does not exist anymore and the visa could be terminated but it also depends on what the conditions and exact visa you were given.

Manjeet, if you have a 100 visa (spouse permanent visa) then it cannot be taken off you. If your husband calls immigration, they will not care. You already have a permanent visa. Immigration cannot easily take it off you, and will not ban you from the country just because your husband has called them. You just need to make sure you move to Australia before the visa expires. When you get here it might be worth talking to Centrelink about getting some child benefit paid by the husband.

The only thing your husband could possibly do is say that your visa application was fraudulent - ie you were in a relationship with him just to get a visa. However this would be very difficult for him to prove, and even if Immigration did find it to be a fraudulent visa your husband would face a very heavy fine.

So stop worrying!

I am on Bc 100 visa, on my visa, visa condition is blank, there is only one condition mention on my visa that is date of entry before feb2013. how i come to what are the clauses for my visa

You need to make sure you enter before that date otherwise your visa will no longer be valid.
