Hassan mentioned in another post that you can apply online with just the information from DIBP website from the permanent partner calculator information. I can't confirm since we got an email from DIBP.

Hi Ves,

Go to this website: https://www.border.gov.au/about/corp...ent-calculator

In the website, there is a question as asking if you hold either Visa SC 820/801 or 309/100. There are tow answers Yes or No. You have click on yes. After you click on the yes bottom, another question will come up, asking you if you have lodged your initial application before today's date in 2014. You have to choose "Yes", then you will see all the requirements and forms you should print and fill. There are two options, by post or online.

If you decided to go for the online option, then you will see on the same information that you can use the transaction or application ID of your first application for 309/100.

Mish, On the same website above, there is somewhere telling those applying online to use their initial transaction or application ID. It states as follows:

"Lodge your information online
In order for us to proceed with your application, you can create or log in to your ImmiAccount and complete the Partner visa application - information for permanent stage processing (online form).
To complete this form you will need your Transaction Reference Number or your application ID from your initial partner application.
You will need to upload the following information in your ImmiAccount.
See:
Statutory Declaration Partner visa (sponsor) (32 kB pdf)
Form 888 Statutory declaration by a supporting witness relating to a partner visa application (239 kB pdf)"

NB. But I have not seen anybody who used the initial transaction ID or application ID.

I belief you can contact them to see what they say. Or else, print all the documents and the relevant supporting documents and apply by post. For this option, you don't need to get transaction ID.
