Form 80 Question for 189 Visa

Hi All! Trying to get all of my stuff done while I am waiting for AITSL to process my skills assessment. So, my question is this:

Do I have to submit form 80 when I apply for a 189 skilled visa? Or is this something that they might ask for later?

Trying to get a head start on it, in case they do ask for it. It sounds like it is going to be a lot of information gathering.

Thanks in advance for any/all answers. Cheers!
