Blood cancer PR

Hello All,
I had acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (blood cancer) in 8-5-14 and did Bone marrow transplant on 4-9-14. Now i m absolutely well n back to work. I m in Australia and would like to apply for 186 visa. My wife is first applicant n i m on secondary.
Shall i get permanent Residency in Australia bcz i had ALL blood cancer.
