190 Visa English level

Hi everyone!
I need 10 points from English language competency level which is Proficient english. I got score from PTE and I heard that we can use 2 results within 6 months. I got L:66,R:70,S:63,W:68,overall:67 from the first sitting.
and from the second sitting I got L:63,R:59,S:68,W:60,overall:61.

Can I still get 10 points which is proficient english level?

I'm not sure where you heard this "that we can use 2 results within 6 months", but it is incorrect. You should read the official information that DIBP provides:

How can I prove I have proficient English?

You need to achieve at least 65 in each component of a single test. You cannot combine multiple tests.

Are you confusing what AHPRA are requesting as acceptable for registration and what DIBP are stating they require to get 10 points?

Ok then in that case you will need to get the required score in the one exam as has already been mentioned.
