Onshore Partner Visa

Hello guys, been a while since we have posted in here. We have been living in Melbourne for the past 5-6 months and the time has come to apply for our partner visa.

A PMV was granted last December (2015) to my then fiance and now we have to apply for a Partner visa by 8th June.

We are confused as to which visa we have to apply for. So much info on the Immi web site and it is very confusing.

Any information would be appreciated.
