Visa subclass 189.... 8 months till now for medical and PCC submission and no respons

Hi All,

I have submitted my medical and PCC more than 8 months ago to DIBP but till now there is no response even my agent has sent an email last week but still there is no response from DIBP. Also in these 8 months there is no contact from them as well to my employer or to my agent for any query

Any idea ????
