Question juvinile record for USA citizen

me and my fiance are filing for a PMV this December. I am a male United states citizen. It seems the visa application asks in the character assement section that they want to know eveything ive ever done wrong in my life. so in the USA,when you turn 18 your juvinile records get sealed, and you begin fresh, well not in Oz,so they want to know my whole life story. So what should I do? I dont know dates of the run ins with the law when i was a youngster, and havent been in trouble with the law in almost 15 years.will the FBI check show those juvinile records because my police check just shows my adult record. thanks in advance for any help.

I don't think the FBI check will show stuff from when you were under 18 unless if was a serious felony or something. Even then I don't think so for under 18.

Anything prior to 18 is for departmental records and risk assessemen. If you didn't have issues with the law since then you shouldn't worry.
And yes, in Oz records don't get sealed but state departments would use them only internally and not disclose to anyone unless offender is a repeat. Even employers are clearly notified to disregard everything pre XXX date

You know this is the kind of thing that could very well come back and bite you on the bum later. My policy is better to be safe than sorry BUT if you are wanting to try just with the Adult so it looks better...be very clear that they can and do look into many things that we don't know about as part f the checks AND Australia and USA have great open co operation so I would be incline to ring the general IMMI number and not give your name or details but tell them your story and ask for guidance.
