SN190 granted, but medical query came after grant

Hi - I received a visa grant under SN190 almost 15 days back for Australian visa which includes myself and 3 of my family members. But yesterday I got a mail from Australian health department saying that I need to go through further medical test for one of my son who has cerebral palsy. Also the email states that my case officer will make a call on my application once I submit the some pediatric test for my son. I do not understand this query from health department because my visa is already approved by case officer and I have a grant letter for all of us. Are there somebody in this forum also noticed the same thing? My feeling is that case officer have made a call based on the medical test already performed from my side for my family and why this query now.?

That's probabily a general email, your CO gas already made decision and it was approved by DIAC management (providing the grant was issued). Your CO however can request additional checks. I would not worry to much and do further checks as soon as possible. This shouldn't affect your visa status.

Thanks for the reply. Do you feel that I should wait until I hear something from my CO? I have written him 1 week back, but did not hear anything so far. Also query clearly states that if I do not provide info within 28 days, CO will make a decision based on the available info. But in my case, CO already made decision and granted me visa for all of us. Hence confusing to me.
