I recommend that you go to the Australian DIBP website and study the requirements they have put out. If you have already done that and you are still confused, maybe you can ask for a migrant agency contact to help you more.

Actually , my wife is applying for a visa . She is a teacher and she has been working for around 3 years and i do not know if she is qualified to apply for the visa subclass 189. She completed Bachelor in Bussiness Administration and she took up professional unit and Early childhood education units. My job is Senior CAD/Plant CADWorxPiping Designer . I am presently working here in saudi arabia ( Veolia Water Solutions ) . I have 15 years of experience but im undergraduate Mechanical Engineering

what is the minimum work experience requirement for applying under subclass189?

Please advice.
Many Thanks

There is no specific amount of work experience required for a 189 visa. You may need work experience to pass a skills assessment and/or you may need work experience to claim at least 60 points to be eligible for a visa.
