But you say a reply from Immigration says that Medicare is wrong to disagree with you in making a Medicare ruling.

I believe that Medicare are relying on the wording "other requirements may also apply".

Until someone who knows they are right can confirm that they can't rely on that wording, I feel that the Medicare rulings must apply, and not someones personal belief.

Sorry JandE,

mostly you and other poster on other thread say incorrect info about 309 Medicare applicants on Visitor Visa's. And yes some at Medicare (= lots due employment numbers).

Simply I believe your and other posters in support of your opinion are wrong, yet you continue with NO supporting information and I mean NO supporting information, but simply wish to play on a few words.

|This site/forum I thought had higher standards in its members input.
