Partner Visa Additional Contact Documents

Hello, my Nepali husband and I have applied for 309 partner visa 3 months ago at the New Delhi office. We quickly got a reply requesting for him to take a medical examination, fill form 80 and requested additional contact evidence.
We are unsure about how much is necessary.....

1. Phone correspondence. The phone company only keep phone records in Nepal for 3 months, we have logs from both of his phone numbers - is that enough? do they want my mobile phone logs too?

2. Email correspondence - Also I have emails from the beginning of the relationship before we were married and when I visited Australia to see my family for 6 weeks.
Do they want to see the full email in my account or my husbands account?? since he is the one applying for the visa, should it be from his, mine or both?? And do they want to read our private conversations or just a screen shot of the inbox? There are many...should I just select times we organised to met with family and friends, picnics..or just boring conversations??

But since we got married, we have been living together and haven't needed to use email much, its strange to be emailing or skpying each other in the same room! So we have email from the beginning of the relationship then after marriage there is a 6 months gap, until I visited my family in Australia for 6 weeks - we have facebook chat logs and emails plenty then. But living together nothing much...

Do the emails have to be romantic, eg "I can't live without you" style or just "hey, all is well here, what have you been doing over there?" because most of our emails are how are you, how is our friends, what have you been doing. Nothing really super romantic...besides the "I miss you and love you"

Thanks for answering

We never used skype to talk to each other. We just used email and face book chat.
The main questions are:-
Who's email and FB chat logs? mine or my husband (visa applicant)
Of what nature of the emails (romantic, important events, common conversation)
How much? for every month of our relationship, most recent ect...

Yes the case officer contacted exactly when they said.. 10 weeks after application. That's when we got the letters for him to get the medical and additional contact evidence. My husband has the CO contact information, I should ask him. But he's afraid of contacted himself because they might speak english! although I think his english is fine, he is very serious to improve
