Doing second stage visa for my husband and we're facing some issues here .
We're submitted the application and uploaded our evidences in all 4 aspects. However, we've been asked to send the same evidence again at the end of the application .
For each section we're getting a a yellow question mark then next to it with the word recommended? What the hell is it?
We have already submitted everything and we can see the evidence .
Has anyone come accross with this issue? If yes , how did you resolve it? We are so confused .
The annoying thing is that we have a reference number ? We have submitted up to 46 documents , we cannot start anything all other again
There was no system error when we submitted ours. We even got a reference number .
My husband went back the application and saw these yellow question mark with the word next to it saying recommended . So we're lost cost the evidence we're submitted is already there but they're asking the same thing again . Confused
I am attaching a screenshot of what I have been talking about . We're already supplied each evidence and got a green tick but at the end we got a yellow question mark
Don't stress too much! What you are seeing is pretty much standard for everyone.
Contact if you are apart. (?) recommended... Doesn't necessarily mean you have to upload evidence there but if you were apart, it's recommended that you upload evidence there. If not, just leave it blank. Everyone gets the same messages
Thank you for the re assurance but why am I asked to submit financial, social, commitment and nature of household evidence again? I have already submitted those evidence . Does my husband need form 80 again ? The checklist did not ask for it?
I vaguely remember when we did the 820 it said recommended even after you attached something. I wouldn't worry about it if you have already attached something. I would not attach something again.
I have been told you get 60 slots per applicant so you should get 120.
Best to combine as much stuff as you can so you have room to upload additional evidence.
You don't need to submit anything again. We submitted all our initial evidence right after we submitted the application, and once it was all uploaded we refreshed to find all the "recommended" stuff and either it was unneeded for us (like divorce evidence) or already uploaded (evidence of marriage etc). Just leave it or upload stuff later in that area if you end up getting more evidence, for example there is a "contact while apart" section which initially we already uploaded it before it came up as "recommended", and then a couple months later we had extra contact while apart evidence so we then used the "recommended" button to upload it.
Don't reupload anything. It'll just cost you uploads.
The recommended thing doesn't go away unless you upload something to it, regardless of whether you've already uploaded something or not.
