becoming student after 485

Hello, I am on a 485, which expires in 8 months. After that I want to know if I can become a student again and will I get a 485 again?
Will I need an IELTS score again to become a student?
my previous course was diploma in community welfare, worked as support worker for 4 years, can i enroll for nursing course after 485?

My application for SN190 was withdrawn as VPO said my experienced is not at all related. Hence getting prepared for future so that I study and work in the right field.

Please I really appreciate if people out there can answer my questions.
