Any Proposed changes for 2016-2017 Skilled Migration Programme?

Hi Experts,

Is there a points based rule changes on the cards(calculation of points) for 2016-17 for Skilled migration programme?

Last year, it was being said that visa changes might be introduced from July 1, 2016.

Share if you have any inputs ?
