certificate in punjabi

Hi Experts,

I have got the invite to apply for visa 189.

====> DOB certificate is in Punjabi not ENGLISH.

1.) Do i need to anything with DOB certificate as it is in Punjabi. Should it be English ?

There have been recent cases where applicants have been refused visas in similar circumstances for providing information that was false or misleading in a material particular.

All documents lodged that are not in English must be accompanied by an official translation.

Do not take the following as professional advice, but I advise you to seek some from a registered migration agent:

You might want to consider using form 1023 (Notification of Incorrect Answers) and provide your explanation and the evidence for it. Be particularly careful when applying for police clearances to list ALL the names by which you have been known.
