Question Defacto couple with marriage plans, should we mention it?

We live in a de facto relationship, but we still think of getting married in the future. We are now applying for partner visa on de facto grounds. What is better for the partner visa application, mention our marriage plans or not?

Yes, you can mention the plans. However, you don't have to as it won't make any difference to your application.
