Need confident before apply for 820

Hi all

I'm getting a bit confused with the help of my friend who have successfully applied for 820 visa.
My vietnamese wife have PMV and I will help her to apply for 820 visa soon. But my friend who have 820 visa suggested me to download a form 47sp to see the question prior to apply for 820.
My question is
While applying for 820, will they ask if my wife have PMV?
I hope so because our migrant lawyer from her PMV application advised us that it is alot easier to apply for 820 after you have PMV because they have most of the answers from her applications with PMV.

Do I have to download 47sp form before she applied for 820?

All the documents that we will attach have to be verified included Marriage Certificate?

Thanks in advance. I really need confident before apply so that we can have all the necessary documents in hand.

There is a question that asks if you hold a PMV.

You don't need to download the forms as the online forms replace the paper forms.

You need to colour scan the originals no certifying required.

A 820 from a PMV is essentially checking that you got married within 9 months.

Be very careful when taking advise from friends who have done it before you. no offence to them but in our situation the person who knew it all told us we wouldn't get our first TV as it took him 3 attempts, i got it first go. then told me after we applied for the partner visa we would have issues and get it rejected... we didn't.
your situation is always different and the rules/laws/interpretations and requirements change.
so always take advise from everyone including here with a grain of salt.
however what Mish has said is on song and solid
