Permanent partner visa application waiting after advertised service standards time

To those who are waiting for permanent partner visa more than 12 months for 801 & more than 8 months for 100. Did you make a call to DIBP to check what happens with your application & what response you get from the operator? My application was exceeded the advertised service standard so she looked it up and told me that i still have to wait and case officer will contact me if they need further info. It took her 3 minutes to look at my file. Made me feel as if there is something wrong with my application. Anyone still wait fot 100 after 8 months?

People waiting for 801 when they ring after waiting more than 8 months they are told that there is a backlog and the processing is 12 to 15 months.

I know of one person who emailed the permanent partner processing in Brisbane the other day and she said that the auto responder says 12 to 15 months.

I have a friend whose husband has been waiting for 8 months and hasn't been contacted for additional information either.

To me it sounds normal due to backlog.
