Paying for partner visa by BPAY - Sponsor Form

My wife has completed the first part of her application (partner visa, offshore) and today we paid the fee via BPAY.

Now when I log into my account I can see her application number there. Do I need to wait until the payment clears before I can fill out my section?

Does anyone have any experience in how long it takes for BPAY payments to clear? We paid at around 8am today (Wednesday).

Its been a long process just to get to this point so keen to get this moving asap!

Cheers guys

BPay can take a few days, depending on your bank. You can start the sponsor application any time, but it won't let you get past the first few pages until a corresponding partner visa application is in the system.
