I heard form 80 adds close to 8 months to the PMV time...and that sucks!!!!

HI CC Mark has confirmed it on my other thread actually about the form 80 IT IS REQUESTED by all except usa, cananda, uk and ireland. take a look at my other thread and you will see it.
