Help on partner visa....

Hey
I am from the UK and came over on a working holiday visa and met my partner when I came to do work on his farm for my 2nd year working visa and we just fell in love and been together ever since (13 months) I am worrying about submitting my partner visa application due to proving the finances. Thing is all the bill, fuel and stuff is paid through the farm. So i said about opening a joint bank account but thats going to be the only thing that we will have.

Do you think that they will understand that the farm pays for everything so its hard for us to have joint finances?????

Would really love some help as im worried my case wont be strong enough and im scared of loosing him!

Any help will be great!

Hi britishgirlie

Without the supporting docs, your best bet will be physical evidence of a life together.
You can submit your application with a stat dec, because the declaration is a legally binding statement and carries weight.
Don't be fearful before you start your application; just give it a red-hot go!

All the best

Hey thank you for the reply!

Could you just explain to me what physical evidence will work?

Make sure you take photos of you together, with your partner, family gatherings and activities together.
Records of phone calls if you were separated for any period.
Or anything that indicates a relationship.

It all paints a picture of the genuineness and long-term intention of your relationship for immigration.

Statements by others will help for which you are required to provide two 888.pdf stat. decs. for anyway. Additional statements will also help, and I'm sure they appreciate life on a farm and what that entails ;-)
