Angry Roles and responsibilities in Referrral Letter not Company Policy

My company has a strict policy due to business sensitivity that it cannot share exact roles and responsibilities in a reference letter.

There are a few forums that ask about this issue but I dont find a conclusive answer. I completely understand my employers reservation in being able to supply that information and I also understand the need for the ACS to evaluate the right experience according to the ANZAC code

IS there a way so that I am able to supply the reference letter with information such as joining dates and salary to the extent that the company is willing to provide in the reference letter and then make a statutory declaration or separately provide what my roles and responsibilitites are from my OFFER letter or Employee handbook where it is described?

The other problem is I dont want to bring to the notice of my company/manager/HR that I am trying to immigrate to Australia. This shouldnt be the business of my company and I fear that asking them for a letter of such format exposes my intentions to immigrate or leave the company.

If you are applying to the ACS, alternative certifications are accepted. The particulars are on the ACS website.

Please can you provide a link to the ACS site where these " alternative certifications" are mentioned as allowed and what is the format for this, please.

If you did not find this on the ACS website, you might consider consulting a registered migration agent for professional advice about criteria and strategy.
