Need urgent help

So my student visa 573 got approved yesterday. The mail came to my agent's email address.

Now they're demanding 500$. Is this normal for agent to charge after visa fees? Because i have already given 500$ before

is there any other way i can get my visa grant letter? I tried IMMI a/c and vevo but they're asking visa grant number etc

already requested vevo reference number. Don't know how much time it will take.

please any help would be much appreciated.

I sounds very unusual, but it would depend on the contract you have signed with them. However, I do not think they can legally withhold this information from you, payment or not. Are they registered migration agents ?

You should know all fees you will be owing at start of process and any increase before finished not after.

But if agent is not legit maybe your application also can be that way.

Is your agent a Registered Migration Agent from Australia (they can operate in India too)?

What was in the contract you have with them? If it was some sort of "no visa/no fee" (or only part fee) type of contract, then I assume you would now have a payment owing since your visa has been granted.

Everything's sorted out. And yes they're registered. And bit of misunderstanding with respect to fees on both sides.

But my visa ends on Aug 18. That's 1 month extra time after course ends? is this normal?
