You have an email saying they wont add your partner = evidence.

Ejona and Skybluebrewer like this.

My lease agreement stated the owner needed to be notified if more than 6 people were living in the house. There are 7 of us so I just emailed the owner listing my partners name and her 2 children and said they will be living with us as we will be getting married soon.

The owner simply replied back "thank you and congratulations".

We used that replied email as evidence for our PMV simple and easy. The lease did not need to be in both our names and is still not.

I dont think you need to worry too much about joint financial evidence. I got 820 granted without any joint bills or joint bank account, nothing at all. Just make sure you explain the financial aspect in your statement and you will be fine )

Yep I think i've calmed down over stressing about it the other day. I think I've explained the situation well and documented all the financial flow/evidence

Do you take a screen shot of that email and add it as evidence?

Hello. Thanks for sharing that here, reading that is making me a bit more relaxed now. When you say explain it in your statement, do you mean the statutory declaration that both partners need to write for the financial section of their application?

I printed and scanned the 2 pages.

I keep a paper of all, but sent them a PDF.

Hi Ejona, my hubby and I wrote a statement each about our relationship. My hubby did it very briefly, just about the development of the relationship itself. For me, I not only explained the development of the relationship, but also explained how the arrangement of finance and things were in our family. Hope it helps )
