Question Use Migration agent or not?

My husband is in Australia on a tourist visa. We are applying for spouse visa for him and I am citizen. Question is - should we apply for spouse visa through a migration agent or do it ourselves?

Our case is somewhat straightforward - we're legally married in Aus for last 4 months but were long distance for 2 years prior - him living in Switzerland, having known each other for 4 years from work at a training (that we also have paperwork for). We have tons of chats and calls and flight tickets and hotel receipts around the world having flown to visit each other a lot. But we haven't lived with each other for more than 3 months at a time ...

So - what say? He insists on doing it himself - he has a lot of spare time and he enjoys it. But we can afford the fees and getting it without risk and quickly is the most important thing for us. However, if we can save money, then why not.

I think you just given the answer yourself. You may also find that many cases are not as straightforward as they seem...
