NZ citizen granted permanent visa while in NZ showing as "Location: Onshore" ?

Hello. As per title, I was granted a permanent visa this month and I received a PDF email advising me that my location is onshore, but I haven't physically been present inside Australia at all since 2013. Is this an error, and if so does it have any negative or positive consequences... i.e. should I contact immigration or just leave it alone?
