Presenting travel evidence

I'm currently compiling my travel data for my de facto visa and my boyfriend and I have done about 80 trips together. In addition to a country + date MS Excel list (that I have to do anyway) I want to add the bookings so the CO can see that we paid for each others expenses.
Would you just provide a sample or would you provide as much evidence as possible? They all have both our names on it and alternate either using my or his credit card.

I was thinking about using the spreadsheet as an index and providing a printout of the transport/tour booking by index number.

It sounds like you have it under control. We saved boarding passes from flights that we have taken together.
