E-Visitor Visa ( Clause)

Hi Guys

A quick question. My partner and I visited oz last year and decided we would move to oz and would apply for a defacto visa Onshore. I will be the sponsor. His E-Visitor visa expires in a couple of months and we are going to be applying for a second E-Visitor visa for him before we leave for Australia from the UK at the end of the year for a holiday to the gold coast. Is it likely that the 2nd e-visitor visa issued electronically would have a 8503 restriction imposed?

My understanding is that E-Visitor do not have 8503 restriction. But I have "heard" on here that one did once, but can not verify that.

Thanks for the reply AMPK! Anyone know definitively or any agents on here know if eVisitor Subclass 651 visa has been granted and if a new one is applied for after the original one expires does it get issued with an 8503?

Dear Aakv30

Condition 8503 is not applicable to the eVisitor Subclass 651 visa. The fact that you are applying for a new Subclass 651 visa does not change this. As you are aware, you do need to be offshore to apply for the new Subclass 651 visa.

All the best.

Hi Aakv30

There are a number of onshore visa application options, however, I would need more information about your partner and about your relationship to advise you. Please feel free to send me a private message at our Facebook page "Proxy Migration" to discuss further.

Kind regards

Lisa
