Wink questions regarding to 309 online application

Hi,
I'm PR and helping my spouse applying for 309 visa.
However, I got several basic questions.
Any help would be much appreciated.

1, about the relationship details section
I'm no English native speaker, so I'm confused about how should I make the statement. Should I make it in first person or third person? I mean, should I say "XXX(the name of the applicant) and I had been XXX" or "the applicant and the sponsor had been XXX"?
Moreover, is it OK that if I had the content exactly the same in both applicant's form and sponsor's form? I mean, if I made the statement in third person, can I just copy what I had written in the applicant's form and paste it into the sponsor's form?

2, about evidence
I'm preparing to have evidence like chat logs in IM app. But, as I have mentioned above. we are no native English speakers, should I translate and certify such screenshots before I submit it?

3, about our plan
Someone told me that, when the application is submitted, there's no way to revise it. So can I write about our plan in advance?

Thanks a lot!

Hi

1. You should write your evidence in the first person. And you definitely should not put the same text in both the Sponsor and Applicant's forms. Each person is supposed to be completing their own forms so it would look odd if they were the same.

2. I think there are specific guidelines about any evidence that isn't in English - you need to check up on those details. But I'm fairly sure that everything has to be translated.

3. Once you click Submit, you can't change anything on your form BUT you have about ten more days to attach evidence. I recommend submitting your form asap and submitting your evidence in the following week (we did this) because you will be a little bit quicker in the 'queue' but I know that other people on this forum don't agree.

Good luck!

In our sponsor's form we pasted everything from the application when it repeats the same long answer questions because we, individually, covered all those things in our statements which are required. We just paraphrased it all as it only allows a certain amount of characters and then said "this was already stated in the application and we have elaborated everything in the statements and other supplementary evidence"
We haven't gotten our visa yet though

Good luck!
We applied at the start of the year and we're still submitting evidence. There's no rule that says you only have 10 days
