Hey just me again
Form 26 about the medical question 8 says how long do you intend on staying in australia? if I'm going for a 820 visa do i put permanently?
also question 9 says if applying for a temporary visa would you like your health to be assessed 'up front' for a permanent stay in australia?
do i put yes or no for that ?
goodness this is complicated

If you don't know then it is ok to put that you don't know or are unsure. I know this seems overwhelming but they are people too and it is ok to be real and to tell them as it is.

With the question about how long you intend to stay I would put permanent. I think this question is so that they can assess if a health issue is going to be a fleeting concern or a life long drain/risk on the system. Don't think that you can bamboozle them either cos they have seen it all before lol

Hey,

you could open a thread saying "need help for 820" or something, that would make it easier for people to give you ongoing advice instead of needing to look up a lot of threads.
