If your degree is assessed as comparable to an Australian IT degree, you would have 2 years deducted, more if it as assessed at a lower (diploma?) level. This would depend on the status of the conferring institution.

There are various strategies available to deal with the points issue.

May I suggest that you consult a registered migration agent for an assessment of your prospects?

Looking at your subject highlights that you have done you bachelors in computers plus electronics. As per ACS criteria 65% of your subjects should be computer science related. Then only your study will be considered as major. I am a software engineer and I have done bachelors in computer science (from India) and masters in Information Technology (Software Engineering) (from Australia). I am working in an IT firm in Australia. From my experience and understanding of software science, I would suggest that more that 65% of your study is ICT major. Also, your assessment will also boil down to your experience as well.
