Any chance for ICT to get visa without UNI degree

Hi Folks,

- I'm currently working as a desktop support / system admin for 5 years in Czech - Europe (for US company). I don't have university degree, but I got couple of certificates (MCSE / CCNA / ITIL / CompTia / Prince2 etc.).
- My goal is to get visa and move to Aus within - let's say 2 years (sooner the better) and work as desktop support.

- Now, my question is: what is the best way to get permanent visa and is it even possible for my case ? My idea was -> wait for additional year and than apply for RPL with 6 years of experience + MCSE cert (is that still possible ? I heard, that requirements has changed for 8 years ?)
- if that is not possible, is there something you would recommend me to do otherwise ?

Any advice much appreciated - I know it is tough case, but I'm sure some IT pro has dealt with same issue here...
