Visiting During 300 Visa Processing

Has anyone had any experience on getting their partner to Australia temporarily, while waiting for the 300 Fiancee visa to be processed? I'm hoping he can come here for some of the time while this is being processed! He's a greencard holder in the US and refugee from Iran so probably in the high risk category.

From what you have posted, your visitor visa prospects do not look promising, but it would not cost much to find out.

Hello!

Just wondering if you finally applied for the visa? How did you go?

I applied for a Tourist Visa while we are waiting for PMV, im from a high risk country. Still waiting the outcome for both visas!
Hi Alice,
My fiance and I are same situation as you. When did you make the application for the 600? We did ours at the end of December so next week I will follow up since it's been one month.

Hey Al,

Both are being processed in Ottawa, since i'm from Central America. I've heard that you have more chances to be granted a Tourist Visa when you have a PMV processing... but since im from a high risk country I'm feeling pretty anxious. Really hoping to hear something soon.

Where's your fiance from? Hopefully we both get the visas!!

Check my signature out guys. My fiance is Thai. If you give clear information to the immigration and make sure you give the important documents required and can show you're in a proper relationship things should work out. My PMV is not approved yet but like i said check my signature at the bottom of my post
