Question ACS and DIAC accepts reference letter??

Hi

My pf is given below, I got some experience in one company but I dont have secondary docs like payslip, bank statement, tax etc.

Will DIAC accept it?/


2002-2005 Diploma in Electronic communication
july2005 to july 2008 experience
2008 to 2011 Bachlor in Information Technology
