Hi Daisy,

Thank you so much for sharing your story! Appreciate that you took the time to write down the details and everything

I am currently applying for the same visa and my kiwi partner and I have been living together for six months (and been in an exclusive relationship for more than one year).

I have no trouble with providing proof, but the only concern I have is that we are sharing an apartment with our best friend to save money. Therefore on the tenancy lease agreement it will have 3 names on it. According to your experience, do you think that will impact the CO's decision on our case? As in it might just look like young people sharing a place together instead of my partner and I living together in an exclusive defacto life?

I know there is not much I can do about it since it is the way it is, but just looking for any answers for a peace of mind.

Thank you.

Kind Regards,
Sabrina

Hi Rich

Congratulations on your Visa.

Do you know if 461 Visa Holders are eligible for Medicare in Australia?

If not how are you taking care of Medical Facilities if you have to use one?

Thanks,
Vignesh

461 then what

Hi
I currently reside in Australia Been here for 5yrs 10months. And before that I was in nz for 2yrs 6months and before that in Australia for 3 years.
I currently have a visa 461 which runs out in January 2018, this is the second time I have had this visa.
I was just wanting to know if there is a more permanent visa available for me?
There is no change in my circumstances everything is still the same.

I was just wanting a more permanent visa instead of applying for the 461 over and over.

Thanks 😀
